Sad :(

Got my results. They are fine, bordering on good. But I don’t really know what they are, since this is my first exam in university. Strangely I don’t feel that these results are very important. I bet they are, but I don’t feel it.

Anyway, got excited looking at DJZZ’s Disneyland photographs and decided I want to go to Disneyland too. So went around asking people if they would go to Disneyland with me, I don’t ask for much, only HongKong. Hahah, however, people are working and everyone starts term in August. Gah! Suddenly, I found Kai who is going to HK with Mark at the end of this month. And Daph also said she can go at the end of the month. BUT. I have my very important appointment, and the airtickets are… like… 400++SGD on Jetstar. I won’t pay that for HK. And it is even worse when I think of the 30pound HK/China/SEA ticket I turned down because no one could confirm dates with me then.

WHAT’S GOING TO HAPPEN WITH JAPAN??? Everyone just stopped talking about it. I think we’re not going anymore.

Crap. I cannot stay in one place for too long now, I need to travel. And I insist on not going to go-in-and-get-robbed places like Malaysia, Indonesia. And I am not one for the beach. Cambodia I will go someday, but I’m not feeling it now. Howww.

I’m getting bored of Singapore. I need a big plan, like, something big, new and fun to look forward to. Like a holiday.

Singapore’s neighbours should be more exciting countries.
And less dangerous countries.
And they should have a Disneyland. 

Excitement.

The 1388 passes! Aren’t they pretty? I’d love to watch the race, but 28 September… school term would have already started.

Incoherence

I bought the Agnes B dumpling today because I was unhappy. Wise words of Reb: Don’t be sad, buy a bag.

Went out shopping with the Aunties today after going through their collection of bags, and they just kept pushing me to buy the Gucci. But there is no stock in Singapore. :O No fate, but also means saved a lot of money…. channeled to the dumpling instead, which is but a fraction of Gucci’s price. Haha.

Came back to watch Wimbledon and decided that I should start playing tennis again. I like the hollow sound of the racquet hitting the ball almost as much as I like cookie dough. You know, the Tennis Centre’s practice wall is only 2bucks per hour to book? And the courts $3.50? I think that might be cheaper than badminton courts! Hahaha. But anyway, everyone who wants and can play with me live super far away. Might have to end up playing with the wall, which is fine by me. Let’s see if my enthusiasm remains tomorrow. Hahaha.

Keroro bought acrylic nails. Got me thinking, what’s the deal with acrylic nails? Do you use it because it makes your nails longer? Do you use it because it gives your nails better shape? And why do people do shisha not just go drink fruit juice?

Sighsighsigh. Don’t you just hate it when life becomes too real? I want to run away into a fairytale or a Taiwanese MTV and dream of wild horses and fields of sunflowers. Now I’m running away with no where to run to.

Anyway anyway, my birthday can be summed up in three words: Could be better. Hahaha, it was lots of fun to finally go singing with Sufen and Yurong and it was even more fun to be surprised with a bunch of balloons and a very strange cake with unextinguishable candles.

It was fun to see everyone at Zouk, until I stopped remembering who I saw and what I did. From then on it was no fun, the hangover was the least fun of all.

I’ve said this many many times since Wednesday and I shall say it one last time. IT’S NOT NORMAL and I won’t let it happen again. You guys should know me better.

I know I make it sound like I did really bad things, but I’m happy to say I didn’t. Haha, besides embarrassing everyone and myself by naming all my friends and talking nonsense.

But thanks for coming, people. Especially Yurong, Chance, Sufen: LOVE YOU LONG TIME :D

It’s Tomorrow!

Today I went out for lunch with HX, Tsao and Kai. It was… mild. I have such mild friends! :)

Anyway, went to play arcade, which was quite fun despite them being very mild people. Haha, I think everyone should be happier, bouncier, more excited and more … enthusiastic? Mariokart was much fun though. Hahahaha.

Oh, and I won 3 handphone trinkets from those push-push-push machines that no one will ever win at. Hahaha. Lucky lucky! (: Next time I win PSP! Hehehe.

I am super tired now. I really should sleep early today. Tomorrow is a long long day.

Tiring week ahead.

Oddly, Facebook doesn’t work in Singapore. Half of the time I get a server error message and my page doesn’t load. Ew.

Today we went to celebrate my birthday. After much talk about going to the zoo, to the beach, to the park, to the farm, of course we end up in a restaurant. Lei Garden it was, for timsummm.

Then to the Singapore Flyer, where DJZZ and family got a year pass. :O Can go during lunch time if work gets very stressful. Hahahaha. It wasn’t very exciting la, although I’m scared of heights. It might be more exciting and popular if they crank it up 50 times the speed and make it an amusement park ride. :D

There were a lot of random stalls around the Flyer though. :D So we (nieces plus me) made cards, balloons and they got temporary tattoos. Fun!

Then I wanted to eat seafood so we went for dinner at East Coast. Goodstuffs, black pepper crab never tasted better. :D

I think my nieces are very photogenic kids and they are all very funny.

 

 

Lousy birthday season.

Sodagreen hates photographs.

Today I went with Yurong to see Sodagreen at Bugis. They are a Taiwanese band and they have really very nice songs. But I don’t know the band members, except that they have a lot to do with Mayday. Haha.

It was very fun nonetheless!! Took their album and a concert ticket from Yurong and got them autographed. Attempted small talk with the members despite not knowing their names (it was very weird doing this) and attracted a bit of attention with my wateringcan handbag as usual. Haha. I should start ranking the wittiness of comments about the bag from people of different cities. A man in the US sang me Mary Mary Quite Contrary, I think he tops the chart. :D

Anyway, the band was cool but they didn’t like people taking photographs of them, contrary to most artistes huh! But I managed a few before they started being insistent on it. Hahaha. Grey hair with a bunch of purple… HOW CAN I LET THAT PASS THE SHUTTER! It’s more hip than my flaming hair okay. :D
